Overview
The ZGS13-H-630/10 combined transformer produced by RUY Power is developed in accordance with the latest foreign standards and combined with domestic actual conditions. The whole product features small footprint, simple installation and maintenance, low noise, low loss, anti-theft, overload capacity and full protection. It is suitable for newly-built residential areas, green belts, parks, stations, hotels, construction sites, airports and other places.
The ZGS13-H-630/10 combined transformer is suitable for 10kV ring network power supply, dual power supply or low-voltage terminal power supply system, and serves as transformer, metering and compensation control protection device. This product complies with GB/T17467-1998 “High/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation” and DL/T537-93 “Technical Conditions for Ordering 6~35kV Box-Type Substations”.
Normal Operating Environment
1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
2. Ambient temperature: -35℃ ~ +40℃;
3. Relative humidity: daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%;
4. Installation site: free from fire, explosion hazards, chemically corrosive gases and with good ventilation; ground inclination not greater than 3°.
Structural Features
1. Fully insulated, fully sealed, maintenance-free, reliable personal safety;
2. Compact structure, volume only 1/3~1/5 of the same capacity box-type substation, low height;
3. Box-type winding structure can be adopted to avoid oil leakage from transformer and oil pollution;
4. High-voltage limit fuse for full-range protection, greatly reducing cost;
5. Both ring network and terminal can be used, cable head can supply power at 200A load current for emergency connection;
6. The box body is welded from double-layer steel plates with two partitions in the middle, air convection and temperature adjustment functions;
7. The low-voltage side is equipped with electronic-magnetic interlocking protection; when abnormal voltage appears in the system, the main incoming switch can be quickly disconnected;
8. High-voltage oil-immersed load switch or SF6 load switch, which can be upgraded electrically, laying a foundation for network automation;
9. Oil-immersed S9 or more energy-efficient S11 series transformers are adopted.

Transformer Technical Parameters
New S9 series transformer body is selected, with low loss, good overload capacity and strong short-circuit resistance. All fasteners are treated with anti-loosening to avoid loosening; S10 or S11 series transformers with better performance can also be selected.
