Overview

The GGJ low-voltage capacitor complete switchgear produced by RUY Power adopts computer-aided design (CAD) and introduces microcomputer control to realize intelligent reactive power compensation. With reasonable structure and high technical standards, it is widely used in low-voltage networks to improve power factor, reduce reactive power loss, and improve power supply quality. It is a new generation of energy-saving products, suitable for reactive power compensation of 130-600KVA three-phase transformers.

Main Features

1. Adopting intelligent controller control, complete functions and reliable performance. Compensation mode is automatic: the power factor can be increased to above 0.9;

2. Real-time display of network power factor, over-voltage display, under-voltage display, over-current display (0.00-0.99);

3. It has over-voltage protection, over-current, over-supply, system failure, phase failure, and multiple special compensation protection functions;

4. Memorizes the set parameters. After the system failure or power failure, the power network returns to normal, and automatically enters the running state without personnel on duty;

5. According to the load balance status of the power network, phase-splitting compensation or mixed compensation is adopted;

6. Strong anti-interference ability, can resist the peak 2000V dry pulse input from the power network, higher than the national professional standard.

1. Real-time measurement and whole-point recording of three-phase voltage, current, frequency, active power, reactive power, power factor, active electric energy, and reactive electric energy on the low-voltage side of the transformer: total voltage power peak time and 2-25 sub harmonic content;

2. With RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces, it can perform computer data transcription on the palm computer, and can also realize wireless meter reading through remote communication. Setting adjustment, parameter setting and real-time measurement data and recording data reading;

3. Data analysis function: analyze and process the load data, statistical query, comprehensive analysis of power supply quality, calculate voltage qualification rate, power load rate, reliability and maximum load rate;

4. Perform phase-splitting voltage, current, active power and reactive power; draw various voltage, current, and power factor curves; print comprehensive analysis and statistics tables.
