Structural Features
The XL-21 AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet is a closed type. The shell is made of steel plate bending and welding. The knife switch operating handle is installed at the upper right front of the cabinet, and can be used for switching power supply. The front of the distribution cabinet is equipped with a voltmeter and indicating power indicator. The front of the distribution cabinet has a door. After opening the door, all equipment inside the distribution cabinet is exposed, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance. This distribution cabinet adopts the design of fixed components in the cabinet, with compact structure and convenient inspection. The wiring scheme can be flexibly combined. The distribution cabinet is equipped with air switches and circuit breakers as short-circuit protection, and can be equipped with leakage and phase loss protection. The front door can be equipped with operating buttons and indicator lights.
Normal Operating Environment
1. Ambient temperature: -50℃ ~ +40℃, and the average humidity within 24h does not exceed +36℃;
2. Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;
3. Relative humidity: at ambient air temperature +40℃, not exceeding 50%; at lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed (such as 90% at +20℃). Considering condensation due to temperature changes.
4. The inclination between the equipment installation and the vertical plane shall not exceed 5°, and the equipment shall be installed in places without violent vibration, impact and corrosion.
