Overview
The GCS AC low-voltage complete switchgear produced by RUY Power is suitable for power systems in industries such as power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other highly automated places requiring computer interface, as three-phase AC frequency 50(60)Hz, rated working voltage 400V, 660V, rated current 5000A and below power supply system, for power receiving, power distribution and motor centralized control, reactive power compensation low-voltage complete switchgear without power compensation.
The design of this device complies with the standards: IEC439-1 “Low-Voltage Complete Switchgear and Control Equipment” GB7251 “Low-Voltage Complete Switchgear”.
Normal Operating Environment
1. Ambient air temperature not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours not higher than +35℃. When exceeded, it needs to operate according to the actual situation of derating;
2. Indoor use, the atmospheric relative humidity at the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
3. Ambient air temperature relative humidity at maximum temperature +40℃ not exceeding 50%, and higher relative humidity allowed at lower temperatures, such as +20℃ being 90%. Considering that condensation may occasionally occur due to temperature changes;
4. The inclination of the installation and vertical plane does not exceed 5 degrees, and the whole cabinet row is relatively flat (complies with GBJ232-82 standards);
5. It should be installed in places without violent vibration and impact and insufficient to corrosion of electrical components.

Functions and Features
I. Main circuit scheme
The main circuit scheme of GCS has a total of 32 categories and 118 specifications, excluding schemes and specifications derived from changes in the control and protection of auxiliary circuits, but including the needs of power generation, power supply and other power users, with a rated working current of 5000A, suitable for power distribution transformers below 2500kVA and below. In addition, reactive power compensation capacitor cabinets are designed for the needs of reactive power compensation, considering the needs of users, and auxiliary circuit schemes are provided.
II. Auxiliary circuit scheme
The auxiliary circuit scheme of GCS has a total of 120 types, with the above network. The “AC operating components” are divided into 63 schemes, and the “DC operating components” share 57 schemes. The DC operating parts of the auxiliary circuit scheme are mainly used for the low-voltage (station) power consumption of power plants. When used in systems of 200MW and below and 300MW and above large-capacity generator units for engineering and equipment, motor starting, cable runner and motor mechanism integrated anti-misoperation control.
AC operating components are mainly used in the low-voltage system of transformer stations of large industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings. There are schemes suitable for dual power supply operation control and operating electrical interlocking standby input, self-transfer self-recovery electrical circuits. The design can be directly selected.
The DC operating components are powered by DC 220V, 110V, AC operating components are powered by AC 380V or 220V, powered by the voltage forming complete cabinet. The 220V control circuit leads to the special control transformer in the cabinet. The public control circuit of the electrical circuit, the public control circuit adopts other methods of installation. The 24V power supply is recommended to use lighting power supply.

III. Busbar
1. In order to ensure the thermal stability ability and dynamic thermal stability ability of the mechanical strength of the busbar, the main busbar of the GCS series cabinet is TMY-T2 series copper row, and the splicing is fully tinned, and full-length tinned copper rows can also be selected.
2. Horizontal busbars and vertical busbars are respectively placed in the cable compartment of the cabinet.
3. Neutral busbars and earth busbars are placed in the guide rail, and the horizontal neutral busbars (PEN) are connected to earth + neutral line (PE+N).
IV. Electrical components selection
1. The main components used in GCS cabinet are domestic high-performance stable indicators, and also introduce products that can be produced in China using technologies introduced from abroad.
2. Main switch
630A and above vertical busbars and vertical busbar main switch, mainly DW45 series, can also use DW48 series, AE series, 3WE or ME series. If necessary, imported M series or F series can also be used.
3. Below 630A vertical busbars and electric operating main switch, mainly using TG series, CM1 series, NM series, CDM series, TG30 series and other circuit breakers.
4. In order to ensure the dynamic stability ability of the main circuit, the GCS series cabinet structure is designed as a side-mounted cabinet, with high strength and short-shaped molding or hot-shaping. The insulation thickness is high, and the combustion resistance is good, and the structure is simple.
5. In order to strengthen the inter-aperture, connectors, wiring head potential of the functional unit, the GCS special connector is designed, with a large transfer capacity, and good升高性.
6. The auxiliary circuit adopts new electrical components with large contact capacity, good applicability, and technical standards. Therefore, the GCS series cabinet has good universality, and will not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation due to updating new electrical components.
