Overview
The GCK low-voltage draw-out type complete switchgear produced by RUY Power is widely used in power plants, petroleum, chemical industry, light industry, textile, ports and docks, buildings, hotels and other places as three-phase AC three-wire or four-wire system, voltage 380V, 660V, frequency 50Hz, rated current 5000A and below power supply system for power distribution and motor centralized control.
GCK has undergone a comprehensive type test and obtained CCC certification. It is an assembled high-grade low-voltage switchgear. The design complies with the following standards:

Normal Operating Conditions
1. Ambient air temperature not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours not higher than +35℃;
2. Relative humidity at maximum temperature +40℃ not exceeding 50%, and higher relative humidity allowed at lower temperatures, such as +20℃ being 90%;
3. The air is clean, free of corrosive and explosive media, and no conductive dust exists;
4. No violent vibration and impact places, and vertical installation inclination not greater than 5 degrees;
5. Altitude not exceeding 2000 meters;
6. The switchgear is suitable for transportation and storage at the following temperatures: -25℃ to +55℃, in a short period of time (not exceeding 24 hours) not exceeding +70℃;
7. If the above conditions cannot be met, it should be negotiated with the manufacturer.
Structural Features
The basic frame of GCK cabinet is a combined assembly structure. All structural parts of the frame are galvanized, plastic sprayed, and connected by self-tapping screws to form the basic frame, with doors added as required, and partitions, partitions, drawers, mounting brackets, and busbars and electrical components as needed. When assembled into a complete control center cabinet, this cabinet structure has the following features:
I. Cabinet
The cabinet frame is made of C-shaped profile parts. The frame parts and special matching parts are all provided by RUY Power to ensure the precision and quality of the cabinet.
1. The forming dimensions and hole openings of parts are modularized according to the actual needs of the equipment (module E=20mm, as described below).
2. The internal structure is galvanized and sprayed.
3. The cabinet structure can be divided into three mutually isolated areas: busbar chamber, functional unit chamber, and cable chamber, which can prevent the spread of accidents.
4. The cabinet can be divided into busbar chamber, functional unit chamber, and cable chamber.
II. Functional unit (drawer part)
1. The height of the drawer unit chamber is 200mm, divided into 1/2 unit, 1 unit, 1.5 unit, 2 unit, and 3 unit five size series. The rated current of the unit circuit is 630A and below.
2. Each MCC cabinet can be equipped with 9 unit drawers or 18 1/2 unit drawers.
3. The unit drawers and the compartment functional unit chamber, the main switch can be closed in the compartment, and the cabinet door cannot be closed.
4. The operating mechanism of the drawer can be locked in the closed or separate position with one pull, and the maintenance of electrical equipment can be safely carried out.
5. The rear of the functional unit is provided with main circuit outgoing line connectors, and the auxiliary circuit is a secondary connector.
6. The functional unit chamber is provided with a metal partition board.
7. The drawer unit adopts a rotating advance and retreat mechanism, with three positioning functions, and the operation is simple and reliable.
8. The GCK cabinet adopts a mechanical interlock to realize the fixed-position operation mode, realizing the drawer unit advancing and retreating. In the process of advancing and retreating, the three-position display and mechanical interlock are realized to prevent the switch from misoperation. Electrical interlocking can be performed during test time.

2. When installing, the GCK series switchgear should be installed vertically against the wall. The rear of the cabinet is the cable outlet trench of the cabinet. For maintenance, the rear distance from the wall is generally 800-1200mm, and the front distance from the installation wall is as follows.
