The SRM-12 fully insulated fully sealed metal-enclosed switchgear produced by RUY Power is an SF6 gas insulated metal-enclosed ring main unit. The equipment can be composed of load switch unit, load switch-fuse combined electrical unit, vacuum circuit breaker unit, and busbar incoming unit modules, adopting a series of standard technologies and materials, with excellent electrical performance and mechanical performance, unaffected by the environment (small size), easy to install and operate, maintenance-free, and flexible combination modes. The intuitive equipment design ensures simple and direct operation, large cable connection capacity, suitable for multiple wiring systems.

Integrated three-position load switch
The disconnector adopts a load switch or isolating switch, which is safer and more reliable. The sealed design provides external contact protection to meet the five-prevention requirements of the mechanical interlock with live display, and the incoming/outgoing cable with live display operation reliability: fully sealed design, all 10kV switches and busbars are hermetically sealed in a 3mm thick stainless steel welded gas box; silicon rubber cable connectors realize cable head fully sealed insulation, thereby preventing dust, moisture, small animals and other external environmental effects on the operating mechanism. Manual/electric operation can be manually or electrically operated according to the wiring diagram.
The indicator system is made of impact-resistant material, with electrostatic spraying, which has corrosion resistance. The pressure gauge visually displays the SF6 gas safety pressure range inside the SF6 box.

Design Description
The SRM-12 fully insulated fully sealed metal-enclosed switchgear is installed on a galvanized sheet frame. The switch unit is in an SF6 gas box. The gas box is made of corrosion-resistant and amagnetic 3mm thick stainless steel plate. The SF6 gas box is a “pressure relief system” which can operate for 20 years under normal working conditions. The normal working pressure of SF6 gas is 0.015~0.04MPa. The gas box has a pressure relief device. When the pressure is too high, the gas box can be released from the bottom or top.
