Overview

The YB□-12/0.4 prefabricated substation (European type) produced by RUY Power is widely used in urban power network renovation, residential communities, high-rise buildings, factories and mines, hotels, shopping malls, airports, railway stations, oil fields, docks, expressways, and other indoor and outdoor locations with distributed power supply.

Normal Operating Conditions

1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m;

2. Ambient temperature: -25℃ ~ +40℃;

3. Relative humidity: daily average not greater than 95%, monthly average not greater than 90%;

4. Installation site: free from fire, explosion hazards, conductive dust, chemically corrosive gases and violent vibration. If the above conditions are exceeded, users may negotiate with RUY Power.

7. The high-voltage ring main unit can be equipped with network automation terminals (FTU) to implement cable automation and single-phase grounding fault detection, with “four remote” functions, convenient for matching with distribution automation upgrade.

Transformer

The intelligent integrated substation adopts low-loss, oil-immersed, fully sealed S9, S10, S11 series transformers. NOMEX insulation environmentally friendly dry-type transformers can also be selected. A trolley can be installed at the bottom for convenient access to the transformer.

High-Voltage Side

The high-voltage side of the intelligent integrated substation generally adopts a load switch – fuse combined electrical appliance protection scheme. After one fuse of the fuse blows, all three phases trip simultaneously. The load switch can be air type, vacuum type, SF6 type, etc., and can be equipped with electric operating mechanisms to realize automation upgrade. The fuse is a high-voltage current-limiting fuse with striker, reliable action and large breaking capacity. For main technical parameters see the table below. For transformers of 800kVA and above, QCE4, QCE2, QCE1 and other vacuum circuit breakers can be selected for protection.
